From a narrative-driven journey into the widely beloved world of The Expanse to the hotly anticipated third installment of the Baldur’s Gate franchise, this summer is looking to be one of the best ever for gamers. With so many awesome video games scheduled to release this summer, it’s almost impossible to choose which ones to pick up. Here are the summer video games that we personally find the most exciting here at Mana!



Exoprimal (July 14th)

Coming to PS4/PS5 / Xbox One and Series X|S / Windows just next week is Capcom’s highly anticipated third-person shooter game, Exoprimal. Capcom’s take on the trendy PvPvE format, Exoprimal has players picking their favorite exosuit armor to combat the sinister AI, Leviathan. The main game mode is “Dino Survival” where two five-man teams compete against both each other and a host of vicious dinosaurs.



Remnant 2 (July 25th)

The sequel to the critically acclaimed game Remnant: From The Ashes, Remnant 2 is looking to level up the franchise to new heights. In this game, the player will take the fight to the monstrous abominations threatening humanity’s existence. But don’t worry. Team up with up to two other players in the co-op mode and explore the depths of the unknown together! Remnant 2 will be available available on Windows, PlayStation 5, and XBOX Series X|S!



The Expanse: A Telltale Series (July 27th)

The incredible storytelling and world of the hit show The Expanse, but as a Telltale game? Well, we’re sold. Set before the events of the television series, this game follows XO Camina Drummer as she deals with a mutiny on her ship. Like other Telltale games, this game will comprise five episodes releasing every other week. The Expanse: A Telltale Series will be available for PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Series X|S, and Windows.



Baldur’s Gate III (August 3rd)

Last but certainly not least is Baldur’s Gate III, one of the most anticipated games of the year. A series based on the Dungeons & Dragons tabletop games, this installment has players forming a party to defeat the evil mind flayers, which have launched an assault on the continent! Baldur’s Gate III will be available to Mac and Windows users on August 3rd, and PS5 users on September 6th.
