How do I participate in the Summer Madness Mana Shop Promotion?
To earn your 10% Mana back via this promotion, you MUST fill out the Google Forms linked above. You will be prompted to provide two pieces of information to earn your 10% Mana back. First, you will be asked to enter your email. Please enter the email linked with your Mana account, or else we may not be able to reward you with the promotional Mana.
Next, you will be asked to enter a screenshot of your order details. This is the final screen you will see upon purchasing a video game in the Mana Shop. Upload a .pdf, .png, or .jpeg here.
So... how much Mana will I be getting back?
You will get back 10% of the digital video game's price as Mana. For instance, the purchase of a $69.99 USD game in the Mana Shop will reward you with 699 Mana. The purchase of a $14.99 USD game will reward you with 149 Mana.
I purchased a video game in the Mana Shop earlier. Can I use a purchase I already did, if it is in the promotional period?
Yes! So long as it falls in the promotional period of July 12th to July 31st, you can still use that video game purchase. Simply access the Mana Shop, and click "Order History" on the top right. Access the specific Order Details of the game purchase you want to use for the promotion, and take a screenshot to submit in the form above.
An order placed before July 12th or after July 31st will automatically be ineligible for the promotion.
Can I use the promotion to purchase a gift card?
No. Only digital video games in the Mana Shop are eligible for the Summer Madness Mana Shop Promotion. Gift cards of any kind are ineligible for the promotion.
When can I expect this bonus Mana to be rewarded to my account?
The bonus Mana earned in the Summer Madness Mana Shop Promotion will be delivered to you manually by a member of the Mana team, only after a valid email and screenshot are submitted via the Google Forms linked above.
